I think a lot of things go into making a photograph good. The subject, angle, lighting and more all determine if your photograph is art or not. Some photos are better than others maybe because of the camera used or the how the photo was taken while others are better because of the subject. Snap shots are taken with little to no thought or creativity while fine art photos are taken with care and idea.

In the top row of photos, I’ve given photos that I think are good. This is because of the quality, angle, lighting and subject of the photo. Theses photos are nice to look at and admire. On the bottom row, I’ve given my own pictures that I dislike. These photos are bad because the angle is directly in the front with no character, the lighting is either too bright or too dark and the background is nothing to look at. This is the different between a good and bad photo.
